Balnea Thermal Circuit

The Balnea Thermal Circuit is an innovative circuit of contrasts composed by thermal services that, thanks to its form of application based on the alternation of cold and heat, contribute to the organism a sensation of complete well-being. You can enjoy this circuit from 14 years old and children under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.

We recommend you to make the reservation before arrival, furthermore, the Circuit will be regulated by two-hour shifts: The timetables will be as follows: 10:15am to 12:15pm, 12:30pm to 2:30pm, 3pm to 5pm, 5:15pm to 7:15pm and 7:30pm to 9:30pm, fulfilling the capacity established. From 11/01 the timetables will be as follows: 10:15am to 12:15pm, 12:30pm to 02:30pm, 03:00pm to 04:00pm, 04:00pm to 06:00pm and 06:15pm to 08:15pm.

Saunas

In the Balneario de Archena we have water in all its states. So, in the sauna you can enjoy the steam that will help you release toxins and activate the blood circulation.

Archena Steam room

Steam room with a relative humidity above 90% and a temperature close to 50ºC, which is applied by micro-diffusion of medicinal mineral water from the spring.

Counterflow pool

In the counter-current pool of medicinal mineral water you will be able to exercise your muscle tone at a temperature of 32ºC

Lemon pool

Pool of natural essence of lemons with a system of bubbles and waterfall of medicinal mineral water at a temperature of 34 º C.

Floating pool

Flotation pool, with high mineral water, 80 gr/l of salt, which gives us a sensation of isolation and sensitive stimulation with a temperature of 34ºC.

Cold water pool

Cold water pool, with medicinal mineral water at a temperature of about 20ºC that helps us to achieve an effective break from the heat accumulated in the saunas and stoves.

Igloo

Igloo, an ice cave at a temperature of approximately 2ºC, which allows a slow and progressive loss of heat obtaining a sensation of tenuous serenity.

Thermal contrasts

Thermal Contrasts, a set of thermal sensations with different programs, which lead us to different phases of stimulation and sedation from cold and hot water.

Walking corridors

Walking corridors, two corridors of medicinal mineral water, one of hot water at about 32ºC approximately and another of cold water at about 20ºC approximately, whose route generates that our legs make passive vascular exercises (the heat produces dilation of the veins and the cold produces contraction of the same ones) helping us to improve the circulation.
